Spark MicroGrants is expanding its work with 16+ coffee-growing communities in eastern Uganda. We are looking for an enthusiastic project lead to serve as Spark’s first full-time program manager in Uganda. The program manager will manage a team of two Ugandan facilitation fellows, oversee 16 communities through the MicroGrant process, and carry out impact evaluations.
